The apartment project “The Pakuysen” is just like our project “ Little Amsterdam” part of the new to be developed Homeruskwartier Centre, Almere Poort in The Netherlands. The development of this project is implemented in close cooperation with and commissioned by the municipality of the City of Almere in The Netherlands.
This apartment project is completely made according to the Dutch concept CPO: the future residents join together in a cooperative, and have the ability to design and develop their own apartments. Envisaged by the municipality of Almere is a city centre dominated by diversity, as in the historical centre of the nearby capital Amsterdam.
The ambition is to create an as original and authentic center with the vibrancy and atmosphere of the Amsterdam canals in The Netherlands. The residents and businesses – organized in cooperatives – themselves build the ideal combination of housing, employment and amenities.
The development of this project is implemented in close cooperation with and commissioned by the municipality of the City of Almere in The Netherlands.
The project “ De Pakhuysen” consists of 24 apartments and 6 commercial spaces, from which a choice can be made. The apartments consist of 3 types, which can be entirely formed to the personal taste of the future residents, even including the facade. Layout, materials and type of apartment are in this way entirely in the hands of the future residents who have the ability to make a choice that is appropriate to ones own budget.
The apartments and business premises are built entirely according to the latest developments in the housing construction and are therefore:
- energy efficient
